When will my order ship?

Online Orders

Orders are processed pending product availability excluding orders with a backordered item. If your order has a backordered item we will hold your order until all the items become available. 

Most in–stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US holidays. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will begin processing the next business day.

Domestic Orders (USA)

Standard Ground orders placed on a weekday before 12:00 a.m. (PST) will begin processing the next business day. Expedited orders placed before 10:30 a.m. (PST) will begin processing the same business day. Free Shipping is not available to HI or AK.

Canadian Orders

Canadian in-stock orders are processed within 10 business days and shipped from San Diego to Mississauga, Ontario. Once they arrive in Canada, either Purolator or Canada Post will ship them directly to you. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order.

Backorders

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate shipment, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered when you add it to your basket or within ten days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be charged for backordered items at the time of order placement.

If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please call 1.800.530-3930 orcontact us.  If an item is cancelled from your order for any reason, you will not be charged for the item. 

Bumbleride Shipping Details

Domestic Order Shipping (USA)

Bumbleride offers FedEx Ground and FedEx 2Day delivery for all standard orders shipped within the United States. All standard orders are shipped from our location in Mira Loma, California.

Upon leaving our warehouse, Ground shipments can take anywhere from 1 – 5 days, depending on your proximity to Mira Loma, CA.

For time sensitive, guaranteed date delivery, please choose 2Day delivery. Upon shipment, FedEx 2Day packages will arrive by the end of the second business day.

Please note: We do not offer Saturday delivery. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time. Please contact our customer service department for additional information.

Some replacement parts are shipped via UPS and USPS from our headquarters in San Diego, California and can take anywhere from 1-5 days depending on your proximity to San Diego, California.

At this time we do not offer Saturday or expedited shipping options. Free Shipping is not available to HI or AK.

Canadian Order Shipping

When ordering strollers and accessories from the US website we will only be able to ship within the US. Those interested in shipping to Canada can locate their closest retailer by using our retail locator pagehttps://www.bumbleride.com/store-locator

Bumbleride offers Purolator Ground and Canada Post delivery for all standard and replacement part orders shipped within Canada.  All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Mississauga, Ontario.

Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your order. Upon leaving our distribution center, all shipments can take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days depending on your proximity to Mississauga, Ontario.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Most damage to products occurs due to rough handling during transit. We will not be held responsible for breakage, damage or loss of merchandise while in transit. All transport companies require damage/missing claims to be reported immediately (within 5 days of receipt) of the damaged shipments. To accomplish this, call us immediately (within those 5 days of receipt of damaged shipments), we will initiate a claim with the transport company on your behalf.
